Having the first operational Accelerator Driven System in-house would give us the perfect opportunity to set up training courses for operators for ADSs to be built all over the world.
We also hope to stimulate the interest in nuclear engineering with students at universities and higher education. They will be, in their time, responsible for the existing and new power plants in Belgium, Europe, the world. We think that having a first-of-a-kind on site would help to get young people interested in technology.
